Around 2010 my role within the practice was changing and so was our IT requirements.
Up until this time our expenditure on IT was minimal as I had a lot of knowledge and
managed most of the services. We had an inhouse server but with the introduction of
new software and the cloud applications etc. we had to decide whether to have an
inhouse IT department or to outsource our IT.
I met with various companies CIS being one of them, it ended up being a very easy
decision and we have used CIS ever since and have never looked back. Over the years
the service we receive from them has consistently been excellent.
Any day-to-day system issues are dealt with promptly and without fuss by the helpdesk,
they are friendly, professional and accommodating and the support we receive from
them is outstanding.
Our business IT roadmap for future expenditure and project plans are dealt with by our
dedicated Account Manager who again, is excellent and deals with anything I ask, with
minimal fuss, promptly and effectively. Costing is also extremely competitive.
I am a very busy Managing Partner of a firm of solicitors and have no hesitation in
