A long term IT partnership
Cherrytree (Wantage) Ltd began working with CIS in 2016 after acquiring a business. It needed a local team to support the existing IT and help plan future improvements.
The work: support, visits and upgrades
Regular housekeeping visits gave staff help with their systems and a chance to build confidence using them. Business Director Miriam Hutchinson described these visits as “extremely helpful and educational,” reflecting their value to the team.
In 2020, CIS managed an upgrade involving ten computers. Miriam described the project as “ultimately successful and worth the upheaval and cost,” despite the disruption involved.
Everyday support remained an important part of the relationship:
