Role Overview

CIS are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their technical needs are met and their expectations exceeded. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing technical expertise and guidance to help clients maximize the value of our products and services. We’re looking for candidates who are not only enthusiastic about their profession but also have proven experience in providing support across diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing all technical aspects of the client relationship.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives and technical requirements, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide proactive support and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, engineering, and product development, to deliver seamless service and support to clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide clients with the latest insights and recommendations.

Additionally, experience in the following would be beneficial:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or in a similar client-facing technical role.
  • Strong technical background. Experience preferably with – Microsoft 365 exchange online, SharePoint & Entra ID, VMware, Veeam & Windows Server.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
