Role Overview
CIS is excited to announce an immediate opening for ambitious IT engineers who possess a solid understanding of key business IT systems. We’re looking for candidates who are not only enthusiastic about their profession but also have proven experience in providing support across diverse platforms.

The successful candidate must have experience in supporting the majority of the following technologies:
- At least 18-24 months support\troubleshooting experience
- Server Virtualisation – preferably VMware
- Windows Server Administration – preferably Windows Server 2019 or above
- Terminal Services (RDS) – preferably Windows Server 2019 or above
- Microsoft Exchange Server – preferably Exchange 2019 or above
- Microsoft 365 experience – – Exchange Online, SharePoint & Entra ID
- Server installation; physical and virtual Windows Server
- Solid understanding of networking services; DNS, DHCP, AD
- Experience with layers 2 & 3 networking including switching, WAN, LAN, NATs and firewall rules
Additionally, experience in the following technologies would be beneficial:
- Sophos Anti-Virus and other Sophos technologies
- Veeam Backup & Replication
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Ubiquiti\Unifi suite
- Microsoft 365 Intune configuration\deployment
- Microsoft Azure knowledge\experience
